Nutrition

Healthy eating habits help youngsters study more effectively. Regular breakfast consumption has been linked to improvements in your child's learning, attention span, rapid thinking, and social skills. According to a recent study on childhood nutrition, breakfast consumption boosts students' attendance records and math results. Kids who eat breakfast daily tend to solve issues faster and are less likely to be cranky or restless before school. According to other research, missing breakfast impairs memory, verbal fluency, concentration, and the brain's capacity to process new information.

Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—are all part of our nutritious diet program. Each meal and snack is nutritionally balanced and satisfies the USDA Federal Foods criteria.
